the one TWEAK that you need…(we’re starting a controversy)
So yesterday I sort of softened you up to the idea that I am going to share something with you today that is pretttyy counter intuitive to what we all know as local consultants..and that is to focus on “Results”.. right?
Meaning:
If we do a good job for our clients and get them great results, they will love us forever and pay us.. forever.
Well, this is right.. but this is also WRONG, and the balancing act of understanding this is the difference between you
making $4,000 a month and $40,000 .. yes one little zero can make such a big difference, eh?
Here are some cons of focusing on results:
–Enormous amounts of pressure put on your self (stressful!)
–Shorter termed clients (those aholes that don’t see “immediate” results and bounce)
–You can lose a lot of cash in the process (trust me, testing out and training outsourcers can get expensive!)
For many of you, this sort of pressure is the thing that is BREAKING you!!
(You may not even realize it)
On the other hand, what if you had a simple “service” in place you (not result oriented), it removes the stress from
your shoulders. It creates longer termed clients, and you don’t lose all of that cash in the process.
