Ryan may actually physically assault me for writing this email to you for two reasons: 

Reason 1: He has absolutely zero idea what I’m up to. I was up till 5 am working on another project and decided to do this while working on that.

Reason 2: This is absolutely, without a doubt the most “UN-Robert-like” thing I’ve done in years…(yes, I admit that I’m usually the “hard ass”)

I’ve been burning the midnight oil working diligently on a “pet project” that I’m fairly sure I haven’t even told Ryan about yet. It’s one of those things that I should have had done a month ago, but more pressing things always seem to come up in the time I allot for it.

So the middle of the night would have to do because I’m the only one up. Or so I thought.

Our awesome support team leader sees that I’m online and dings me. “It’s pretty urgent…can you break away for a quick chat?”

The emails. My goodness, the emails. And they’re all about Hangout DareDevil – the Google Hangout SEO software we’re about to take public.
