[-MUNCHTIPS-] 4x Tips for Review Sites..

Some important post-EMD tips for review sites…

  1. Ignoring ‘The Best’…

A term ‘best anti aging products‘ will be very competitive.

Also bear in mind Google basically ignores the word ‘best’ and also uses synonyms (words that have the same thing e.g. Best, Top, Greatest), or ignores it altogether to provide a better user experienced.

Sites presenting the best options usually don’t use the word ‘best’, but SEOs with poor content do.

    Give yourself a brand name.

  2. Keep It Short…

Long domain names are a spam signal to Google and to savvy web users (those who spend money online!).

  3. Google Is (basically) Human…

If you’re not ranking in the Top 10, then your review site is likely worse from a user perspective than those sites that ARE in the top 10…

More than likely it revolves around you content. If your content is mediocre, Google knows this.

So ask yourself honestly… Can you really say your site is better than those sites in the top 10?

If not… focus on improving your content.

  4. Google Hates Skinny Sites…

Google is against thin review sites that offer nothing unique but a doorway to an affiliate link, which leads to another site, which in turn has better and more in-depth content on the product.

And where they can buy it directly…

There are tons of these sites with mediocre content in most niches, so by having a thin review site you offer nothing to set yourself apart.

Put the effort into being better, and Google will notice.

Tens of Thousands of dollars have been made by taking a more intelligent approach (compared to the rest of your competition) to foundations of online business.
