Kind of personal

It was late one night in November a couple years ago and
I was sat in my (at the time small bedroom) with the rain
hammering against my window working on my business with
a hot cup of black coffee.

Back then I was still into building amazon and adsense
niche sites so my days mainly consisted of adding content,
building links and..ZZZZzzzzz

Sorry…talking about all that link building and seo stuff
these days makes me tired (yawn)

That was pretty much what I did for over 2 years until
November 2011 when I sold most of my niche sites for
around $8k.

I sold around 5 sites to make that $8k and it was a private
buyer too so no messing around on flippa 🙂

I basically had enough of playing all the seo and google
games so I decided to get out of it and focus on building
more stable income models.

This was when I turned to list building and product
creation (around xmas 2011)

Don’t get me wrong building amazon and niche
sites was cool and I’m currently back into doing again now
but with no seo and no link building this time and it’s
going great. 🙂

And I’m getting a truck load of free traffic too, way more
than SEO ever give me 😉

(I will tell you more about how I’m doing this later)

Ever since I started focusing on list building back in
2011 my income has been increasing ever since.

However…list building is just start of the picture.

You also need to be actually "selling something"

And you have to own it too.

Once I got my head around this things really start to
pick up.

My best advice to you is you must start to sell online if
you plan on making this your full time income.

It doesn’t matter what niche you are in if you really
want to see progress then you need to be selling something.

Period.

A great way to get yourself on the product ladder is to
create and launch a WSO or (warrior forum special offer)

This is of course if you want to create something in the
Internet Marketing niche.

If you take away one important lesson from todays email
and that is you must start selling something.

Even if it’s only $5 (this is what I did a couple of years
ago it was my $5 adsense course)

Once you see how to sell products online you will quickly
realize that you can pretty much write your own pay
checks.

I’m now off to the gym and then grab a steak from the
supermarket for dinner 🙂
