Cashing in this Christmas

That time of the year again is almost upon us.

Yep I’m talking about Christmas.

Or also known as the only time of the year where you have
an excuse to fill your face with lots of scrumptious food
and drink 🙂

One of my favorite parts of Christmas is I get to munch on
lots of hot mince pies.

Especially home made ones mmm 🙂

As much as Christmas is about relaxing and having lots of
nice food and drink you still need to be doing some work.

I actually have a new project which I’m going to start
working on this week which could end up making me some
nice profits over Christmas.

I’m basically putting together a new niche site but this
will be more of an authority site one day.

It’s in a niche that I have a big interest in and it’s around
one of my really fun hobbies.

(I will reveal the niche to you at some point but at the
moment I just want to get things built and set up)

And just in case you are wondering if I will be getting
traffic to it using SEO.

No, SEO is certainly not something I will be working on.

If google want to send me traffic then that’s cool but I’m
certainly not going to spend a stupid amount of time and money
trying to please those clowns.

I have other ways to get traffic and much more stable ways
too which I will tell you about over the coming weeks 😉

You may know that I don’t build many niche sites anymore
because I’m more into list building and creating products
but I thought "what the hell"

If you have any strong passions or interests and you would
like to create a blog around it then just do it.

Most of the time, if you are passionate about something
then you will find a way to make money from it.

Before you rush off and build a site though here are a few
things to think about before building a site.

1. Is there a lot of traffic in the niche?

2. Is this niche International?

3. Are there multiple ways to make money in this niche?

4. Can you build a list in this niche?

5. Is this niche evergreen or at least going to be around
for a long time?

Some of the ways that you can make money from your niche
site is:

1. Adsense

2. Amazon

3. CPA offers

4. Selling private ad space

5. Selling clickbank products

6. Selling your own products

As much as building niche sites are really good fun you must
make sure you have in the back of your mind:

(Building a list)

Building a list is always the back bone of your success
or your business.

Here’s a quick tip:

Even if you are not able to create many products in
your niche to sell you can still make some good money by
still building a list.

What you can do is create amazon or affiliate product reviews
on your blog and also put some adsense on there, then when
you send an email out to your all your subscribers you
will make money from your reviews and adsense.

There are people that do this and do very well.

The bigger your list the more money you will make per email.

Those are just a few ideas to get you thinking along
the right lines.

Just remember it’s all about having a business running in
the background.

Websites and blogs DON’T make money the SYSTEM in the
background or the (business) is what makes YOU money.
